Can I let you in on a little secret? You can buy “naked” cupcakes at Publix bakery (& others near you maybe). Then u can make this amazing homemade lemon buttercream frosting and garnish w/ fresh lemon wedges & mint. Semi-homemade is 100% ok & no one will EVER know. Do u agree?
