Some patients may experience discomfort when getting cosmetic treatments and to help with this we may use a variety of techniques. 🔹Topical numbing cream may be applied. This would more commonly be used for procedures like lasers, IPL and microneedling, though it may also be used with injectables. We use a potent 30% lidocaine compound to help numb the skin. 🔹 Vibration has been shown to reduce pain during facial injections 💉 (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4750366/).
