It’s been a ⏱since I dropped some MEAL PREP 💎for you. I hear “I’m so sick of chicken” OFTEN, so it’s time I share my poultry secrets🤫. 1. SHREDDED INSTANT POT 🐓 -Add chicken into instant pot. We usually do 4-6lbs at a time. -Add enough chicken broth and water to cover all chicken. -Press “poultry” and walk away. -Put chicken into mixer and turn on low while adding any additional seasoning you like! 💡I add in 1 jar of cream of chicken and some of the juices to keep it moist. 2. SAUTÉED CUBED 🐓 -Using sharp kitchen ✂️, cube chicken in similar sized pieces. -Add 2T olive oil into wok and cook on medium low heat. -Continuously toss to ensure all chicken cooks evenly. -Strain excess juices then toss in your favorite sauce! -Primal kitchen buffalo and Franks Buffalo are two of my faves. 💡Sprinkle crushed red 🌶 for an extra kick! 📲SAVE SHARE & TAG a friend who needs a new way to prep their chicken!!
