🫶🏼 we’ve had so much growth the last year + only anticipate it to get even crazier — so who wants to join the crazy? hiring 20-30 hours a week starting in September. Come November-December we will need you full time and then will assess in the new year what hours will look like. this position is an IN OFFICE only position at our new Pleasant Grove HQ. it’s hard to put a ‘job title’ on this because as a small business — you wear a lot of hats! but this position will primarily consist of - order fulfillment - customer service - product prep - around the office errands/jobs - help at pop up shops/events - (possibly) help manage our tik tok! hours are 9-1pm (sometimes fluctuate with notice) M-F. pay is depending on experience and will be discussed via email before we set up any further interviews. I 100% realize that this schedule/job position is not very traditional, and we really are looking for the perfect person to come in and GROW with our company. one thing I’m the most proud of in my professional life is that my team is my family. we truly operate and function like a work family, and adding another ‘family member’ is both scary, and exciting! sky is the limit with kaxi, and I want people around me who want to learn, grow, and work their ass off all while having a good time. 🤟🏼 this could be an opportunity of a lifetime for someone to really be apart of the everyday growth in a small business. everything I know and have learned over the years — I teach my team. every time we post a hiring call we get hundreds of applicants. assuming it’s the same way this time, THANK YOU.
