Christmas Crème Brûlée 🎄❄️ #EggNog #HolidayRecipe #Christmas #CremeBrulee Full Recipe ⤵️ Egg Nog Crèmé Brûlée 3 Egg Yolks 1/4 C Sugar Pinch of Salt 1 Tsp Vanilla Bean Paste 1 C Half & Half 1 Cinnamon Stick 1/4 Tsp Fresh Nutmeg In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks, sugar and salt until pale and fluffy. In a pot, combine the half/half, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. Bring to a simmer. Strain the cream into the egg yolks and whisk well. Add the base to your ramekins and fill up halfway w/ hot water. Bake at 300 F° for 45-50 minutes. Let the custards chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours and up to 2 days. Sprinkle the tops with sugar and brulee.
