The artists of 'Wonderlands' have mostly -- but not entirely -- collaborated in some capacity with the ecosystem of @kaikaikikigallery. The subject matter, style and thematic queries of the works also stem from the same cultural field as the Superflat movement. Associated not only with Superflat but also other Japanese Neo-pop movements, @misteryanen examines the latter-day trends of Otaku culture and, through the means of anime-like imagery, reflects on Japanese popular culture.
