It has been a whole month since I launched @wakeupnmove and the support has been amazing so far, well done to everyone int he community whether you’re just getting started on your fitness journey or taking it to the next level. Remember you still have until the 31st of July to join to be in with a change to win a complimentary stay at the first ever WUNM fitness retreat later this year! To join the transformation challenge, you just need to become a member & comment on the Facebook community post going out today. For everyone that’s signed up you get to start on the date you joined, as long as you submitted photos! Rules are simples, all you need is to add your before photo and update regularly, you have 8 weeks to make the best transformation to win, both male and female! The winners will both win a free place on the first every @wakeupnmove fitness retreat! Runner up prizes will include supplement stacks and a few other bits to 👀 You can enter anywhere in the world (can join the platform anywhere to) & you’ll still be flown to the retreat location. The WUNM camp is going to be sick, I’ll be there running hiking and training with you.
