Following a verbal altercation over cold fries, both the customer, Antoine Sims, and the McDonald's manager called the police. When police arrived, the manager requested that Sims be removed from the restaurant for criminal trespassing. The police then ran the customer's ID and discovered he was wanted for his involvement in a murder from four years ago.
