Day 1 of the Oregon ROAM Retreat started on Manzanita Beach. No presentations, no shoots, no activities planned. Nothing other than reflecting on the time ahead. Stanton wrote each attendee a hand written letter and gave them it in a journal/notebook for them to use throughout the retreat. This time on the beach was to be used to future cast what you are hoping to learn about yourself during the retreat and leave empowered by after attending. The encouragement in their letters was to realize during their time together that each individual has such a powerful life to live, and its up to them to seize it. ROAM retreats aren’t about the shoots... to be honest the presentations and shoots are kind of a bait and switch to get you in the door. What we really want changed is the source of where your creativity comes from - your soul. If we can transform your soul and trajectory, your proficiency and skill in your business will naturally follow.
