Designed and planned to perfection by @wild_heart_events 🙌🏼✨ Jaime is the queen of rethinking wedding norms to give guests the best experience. She arranged lounge furniture along with bar and table seating around the dance floor to give guests ample seating options throughout the night while also allowing guests to mingle and mix and not be stuck to one spot. This alleviates a lot of stress from the couple. Trust me, our seating chart took over 2 hours to perfect with tweaks happening until the last minute before guests sat down because people no showed, an awkward convo happened between relatives, etc... Jaime planned a plate pick up area where guests grabbed all their normal dining needs and had a choice of 4 buffet options for guests to dine from all night long. This also frees you up from tracking everyone’s wacky dietary needs these days. I swear there are more picky eaters in 2022 than ever before. Tell me I’m wrong 🤣 Tracey + Bob wanted a jam packed dance floor rather than people sitting for hours and hours and this plan definitely helped to accomplish just that.
