MY MORNING OATS It is so important to eat for fuel. Regardless if your goal is weight loss, weight gain, muscle gain etc.. you still need to fuel accordingly. I LOVE my morning oats. It’s a complete meal of carbs and fats and with the addition of @at.health I hit my goal of 30g of protein per meal. Why is eating protein in each meal important? Here’s a few basic reasons why: - keeps me full (The only way I feel completely satiated... because I’m eating the right amount obviously!) - Energised - Reduce chances of injury - Increase in muscle recovery so I can get out and run the next day 🤪 Most clients, and people in general, tend to under eat protein. This is because it usually takes time to prepare and requires you to THINK ahead of time. When life gets busy, something’s got to give with their diet and it’s usually protein. My solution?
