Friends, the wait is finally over—Milli is opening! We’ll kick things off with a Soft Opening, September 4–7, take a short pause September 8–9 to recalibrate, and then celebrate our Grand Opening on Wednesday, September 10. From that day forward, we’ll be open daily from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. A huge thanks to our incredible team: Head Baker @__louise_turner and Anthony Simmons heading our barista program. Their creativity has shaped every detail of Milli. (The second photo spotlights our baking team; the third highlights our baristas—two groups who bring so much skill and heart to this project.) Phase 1 opens with fresh pastries, a seasonal menu, and retail bottles of wine. By-the-glass pours will follow as our wine program unfolds, with new dishes and offerings added step by step. Our philosophy is simple: flavor over format, process over pretense—an invitation to slow down and savor.
