Y’all, I fell out of my workout routine AGAIN 😂 & have been trying to find my groove for a few weeks. My homegirl @downtownpepper did makeup for a GLOBAL campaign with @lululemon & @dejariley & told me that @lululemon was doing a week full of free workout events at their Soho location to celebrate the release of their new ChargeFeel sneakers. I said less & I booked a dance class with Deja for Khiry & I. The class was fun, sweaty & challenging, just what I needed to give me the spark to hop back on my bike and get my body moving again. I forgot how good it feels to reap the benefit of completion from a good workout. Endorphins are really THAT girl. I needed that reminder. Idk who needs to hear this but the relationship you have with yourself & your body is personal & the beauty in working out (at least for me) is the ability to start over as many times as you need to.
