We, in western societies, don’t acknowledge death until it’s happening which leaves us underprepared and scared. We all die, we’re all dying. We are better off to feel connected to one another in that conversation than feeling alone in avoiding it. — I experienced my first big loss while writing it and I hope it brings some peace and comfort and maybe existential crisis or existential breakthrough to those reading it.
