Dear Nic— I love you. You are a beautiful person who deserves beautiful things. These past few months have been the most debilitating yet, but still, like air, you rise. I’m proud of you. The courage you’ve managed to muster is a testament to your strength and self-respect. Hasn’t been easy, but you certainly make it look that way. As you continue along your journey, remember all this shit isn’t happening TO you, it’s happening FOR you— growing you, shaping you, building you.
