Captivated. Awe Struck. Overflowing With Gratitude. Wednesday night, in a program that brought honor and pride to so many who served in World War II, I made my Carnegie Hall Debut! I was nervous and mesmerized to say the least and through it all the exhilaration of each moment is still running through my mind and heart. Thank you so much @ianstagramiam , John Monsky, and Peter Flynn for your trust and grace! Thank you Mom for your prayers and unending encouragement. I know that each day I’m being held by your prayers and that my strength cometh from the Lord. You are my rock and I love you!!! Thank you Dad for making me go to Bronx Science. If there’s anything Wednesday night taught me is that reflection is one of the most valuable ways to cherish the life we have and how fleeting time is-so cherish all we can. If not for that decision back in 2009-this moment never happens.
