ELEGANCE This is an image I shot back in the day. One at a few that survived a flood which destroyed many of the images I created during the 80’s. All of the wardrobe came from Ultimo, which was one of the coolest, most elegant boutiques on Oak Street in Chicago in those days. It was an editorial story on elegance and how to dress up shorter hair for special occasions. I shot the series on a B&W slide film that @polaroid made which could be processed instantly using a small, handheld processing machine they also made. The grain structure and feel of this particular film was very cool. It was the only B&W slide film made at the time.
