(Repost) This was shortly after one of my dad's strokes. I'm proud to say he never stopped going to therapy, and our family never stopped pushing him the same way he pushed us for the better. Blessed the time we got bc we didnt waste one moment! I'm missing you, big guy - Lil man -Original post-⬇️ It hasn’t been easy for him or us as a family but nothing stops him from being there. He shows up for the fam and he shows up for the kids. I love my dad but he is a bit old school and stubborn so if you know him remind and encourage him to stick with his therapy. This mentality should be encouraged to anyone we care about. If working out, eating right, therapy, or anything can extend your time on this earth then we must continue to encourage one another. We can’t save time, it can only be spent. If that is the case then let's spend it the right way.
