Here are two suggestions for how to take this fight to the state level, now that the Supreme Court has erased federal protections: In Michigan, there’s a ballot amendment that would affirm every person’s fundamental right to reproductive freedom. We need to fight to get it on the ballot this November. In Kansas, a measure on the ballot this August would amend the state Constitution to clarify that it does not protect the right to abortion, overturning a decision by the state Supreme Court.
