Bayesian Cable Curls 🔥
The biceps brachii crosses both the shoulder and elbow joints. It also supinates the forearm (turns your palm toward the sky). To bias the biceps, you want two things:
✔️ Stretch the muscle (shoulder extended, elbow behind torso)
✔️ Lift those pinkies to the sky through the rep
Give these a try next time you’re in the gym for a nice bicep pump ⛽️
