this is your sign to make pepper lunch at home RN. ✨ ingredients: • thinly sliced brisket • 2 cups cooked rice • 1⁄2 onion, thinly sliced • 1 tbsp butter • 1 can sweet corn, drained • green onions • lots of black pepper sauce: • 1⁄4 cup soy sauce • 1 tbsp oyster sauce • 1 tbsp mirin • 1 tbsp honey • 1 tbsp minced garlic how to: 1. pan fry onion for 2–3 minutes until lightly browned. 2. push onions to the center of the pan. add hot rice on top and place butter over the rice. 3. arrange brisket around the rice. sprinkle corn and green onions over everything. 4. pour sauce over the pan and crack black pepper generously. 5. mix everything together till beef is cooked through and serve hot. #pepperlunch #homecooking #easyweeknight #beefrecipes #comfortfood
