Try out these three simple moves to help relieve neck and shoulder tension:
1. Upper back stretch (protraction & spinal flexion) to chest opener (retraction & spinal extension) to improve posture
2. Passive neck stretch with arm distraction articulations to relieve tightness
3. Torso CARs (controlled articular rotations) to promote spine health
