Plus adds nutritional value with its fatty acids, minerals, + amino acids which improve liver function. I add a spoonful to my teas + coffee. Also a great cough suppressant with lemon! (This is Honey is from Kurwood Farm in Ivy, Ontario 🍁) 2: Cold + Flu tonic from @animamundiherbals is liquid gold y’all. It tastes like 🤢 but it works SO well. With a strong dose of two Echinaceas, also packed with immune boosting goodies like tumeric, garlic, + apple cider vinegar. I had a dropper to water and swig it back like a shot. 3: Mushroom Mocha Milk also from @animamundiherbals I’ve been raving about Adaptogens for some years now.
