I was so NERVOUS oh my gosh, and I did it anyway! Through the fear, the unease... learning how to be uncomfortable but still willing because my anxiety doesn’t get to ruin things for me anymore. My art means so much to me because it’s rooted in this deep belief that you can be the person you want to be, you just have to believe you can.. you just have to do it. The only one stopping you is you.. so stop getting in your way. I love to travel, but travel makes me so anxious, like sick to my stomach, ruminating like crazy.. I can feel the gears in my mind burning with all the constant worry and wondering. So I push myself to do it because it’s the best gift I can give to future me- take the trip. Make it happen. The travel fuels the art, that- especially for this trip to Italy, fuels the travel and makes it possible! What an amazing experience and feeling, knowing that my art made it happen.
