June graduates Kindergarten next week, and Hugh is officially entering full boy mode. I’ve got a six-year-old going on sixteen and a nearly three-year-old who insists on doing everything himself—even if it takes four times as long and ends in tears (sometimes his, sometimes mine). It’s wild watching them slowly stretch further away, growing up, and somehow become even more themselves. I feel lucky and heartbroken at the same time. I love them so much it hurts.
