Today marks the beginning of Hispanic Heritage Month, and as such, our agency would like to use this as an opportunity to showcase our Hispanic artists. Makeup Artist, @thesandrasaenz (pictured on the last slide) created the following looks and discusses what this art form means to her: “As a Mexican & Muslim woman, I’m proud to represent Latina and Hijabi women in my industry not only as a Global Artistry Ambassador, but as the 1st hijabi Latina makeup artist to be represented by a USA agency. I hope to inspire others to follow their dreams and stretch beyond what is traditionally expected. Makeup has always been a medium to express all that’s in my heart, mind and soul. I envision, create, and then paint what my soul feels. To mirror the beauty that is out there in every corner of the world is such an honor.
