I’m chuffed you guys ! 🤸🏾‍♀️ This is my 5th session training giants on bars and I’m on only one hand in loop! 🙌 I’m used to gripping like crazy from my background in circus/flying trapeze, which also means I always tear my hands (ouch!) 🙈 All part of the process..
