Copycat Reeseโ€™s Peanut Butter Trees๐ŸŽ„(recipe below!) These taste and have the same texture as the real deal Reeseโ€™s trees, but cleaner ingredients and made in minutes: ๐ŸŽ„1/4 cup natural peanut butter (just peanuts and salt as ingredients), or almond butter for paleo option ๐ŸŽ„1/4 cup powdered sugar, powdered monkfruit, or any unrefined powdered sugar (place any granulated sweetener in high speed blender for 30 seconds) ๐ŸŽ„1 tsp coconut flour ๐ŸŽ„1/4 tsp vanilla extract ๐ŸŽ„1 Tbsp non dairy butter โ€” ๐ŸŽ„1/3 cup chocolate chips, melted ๐ŸŽ„1 tsp coconut oil 1. In a small bowl, mix together peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, coconut flour and non dairy butter until a dough forms. Roll out dough on parchment to 1/4โ€-1/2โ€thick. Use a Christmas tree cookie cutter to cut out shapes. Place shapes on a parchment lined baking sheet or dish and place in freezer for 5 minutes. 2. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in another small bowl. Remove from freezer and place each tree on a fork, dipping into the chocolate until fully covered. Shake off excess and place back on parchment. Drizzle with remaining leftover chocolate to create drizzle designs. 3. Place in freezer to set for 10 minutes, remove and enjoy! Store in fridge in an airtight container. *Makes about 5 larger trees, 10 very small trees like in my video. Double the recipe if you are making these larger! *Coconut flour cannot be subbed for other flours, itโ€™s absorbent and helps absorb oil from the peanuts! . . . . #reesestrees #homemadereeses #reesespeanutbutter #reesespeanutbuttercups #peanutbutterchocolate #christmasbaking #holidaybaking #holidaytreats #christmaschocolates #holidayrecipes #copycatrecipe #vegantreat #vegandessert #nobakedessert #refinedsugarfree #glutenfreedessert #recipeshare #veganrecipeshare #recipevideo #recipereels #bakingreels #bakingvideo
