You may not remember it, but I do. Taking back my health is still one of the BEST decisions I've ever made... The goal was never to be skinny, the goal is to remain healthy so that I can live longer and be around for my family! Changing my mindset, Prayer, Fasting, Meal prepping, Working out, and VSG are all tools that have helped me on my journey and still help today! My journey isn’t perfect, I’ve lost weight, gained weight, and still have weight I want to lose but I share my journey to remind myself how far I’ve come, but also to inspire others!
