While these ingredients are all not all bad, there are a few important factors to note: 🚫 Generally, preservatives, dyes, and man-made molecules may interfere with your natural detoxification processes. 🚫 These substances might act as Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals (EDCs), affecting hormonal balance. 🚫 Processed foods, added sugars, poor quality oils, artificial ingredients, artificial sweeteners etc all cause inflammation (which, according to some, is the root cause of many illnesses.)
