What a weekend it was being a part of Operation Lemon-Aid’s first ever gala that brought individuals together to highlight the importance of taking care of our nurses and their mental health! I was able to give a speech over the distinction between us and our egos and how challenging our ego’s narrative allows us to see many different perspectives and as a result, build more connections and feel less alone. Excited at all of the change these two organizations have already created and what is to come!
