23 trips around the sun, that’s crazy 💚 - - said goodbye to my T-Swift year and entered my next era. 22 taught me so much about life and the first week of 23 has taught me even more, but here are the 3 main takeaways. - 1.) God’s timing is EVERYTHING. So many times this year, I’ve asked for a sign or a person to know I’m on track and time after time, the Lord has provided. Whether that is by the people he places into my life, or the challenges he places in front of me. His timing is so much greater than mine. - 2.) The people in my life are placed there for a REASON even if it’s for a SEASON. Everyone in my life has their purpose, whether it is to be the bridesmaids in my wedding/the aunts and uncles to my way future children, or to simply show me that maybe they were what I needed and we both grew. Regardless, they are here and I will love them so loudly always!! - 3.) Life is all about LIVING and LOVING the places you are in. If you know me, you know I am not one to always stop and smell the roses. I am the one track mind, find a way to the next step of the plan girl. This year though, I’ve learned that some of life’s greatest moments will pass me by if I don’t slow down every once in a while. So it is okay to buy those concert tickets, plan that trip or even take that day off of work. It will all be there for me tomorrow. - Thankful, grateful and so blessed for a beautiful birthday week.
