For one night only, @thesingletonwhisky, and Shell House’s @chefjoelbickford and @aaronward88 will be welcoming acclaimed chef @daniellemariealvarez to take over the Dining Room for a culinary journey of seasonal produce first food, cooked with heart. Danielle has curated a collective of powerhouse female chefs to join her for the evening, including; @tgreentree (Fratelli Paradiso + 10 William Street, Brae, Mr Wong), @analiesegregory (Franklin, Quay, The Ledbury, Le Meurice), @jemwhiteman (Ante, Pinbone, Billy Kwong) and Shell House’s own @rosyscatigna. Together they will deliver a five course menu that reframes luxury through the lens of simple, honest food accompanied by exceptional Singleton cocktails.
