Alicia is a 4th generation badass who is running the show and making delightful and dry Lambruscos. What we love about the Lini family is they never caved to marketing pressure to make sweet Lambrusco that was all the rage in the 1980’s. These lovely purple wines from Emilia Romagna are a match made in heaven with cured meat bites and salty cheese.
