Our grown up Raspado invokes childhood memories of growing up in Mexico but with a boozy twist. Our base is Ponché, a traditional holiday punch, which finds itself modernized with the addition of fresh guava instead of the normal cranberry or pomegranate. We then combine the ponché with a zero waste lime cordial, high proof blanco tequila, and layer it with seasonal fruit and shaved ice, finally topping it with a housemade chamoy. 🍧❤️ 👉 #graciasmadre #raspado
