You know, just us, some brown kids manifesting dreams of our own and our ancestors. Last night was for our parents, families, ancestors and everyone who’s been told that they don’t belong here. In these crazy divisive times, it’s hopeful to see my people joyous and thriving. While we may be in the White House, I have no delusions that all this could vanish in a second. We’ve seen it happen before. That’s why I remain vigilant but always optimistic. But for today, I am humbled. I am grateful. Immensely. Forever.
