WHAT A SHAME 💥 There have been some lovely posts and shares about the book on here recently and I want to thank you for the support and the kind words and for taking the time - the most precious asset of our modern age - to read this little tome of mine. Getting to share something you’ve worked on for sooo long with people and to see it take on a life of its own has been an incredible thing to experience, mostly I feel very grateful and excited. Hopefully some more exciting news to share about #whatashame soon ... 🌹 I get so many people asking me about the process of getting published and how to find a way through for their novel and I want to emphasise that I contacted several agents anonymously and only one came back ... just one ... it’s not necessarily that your book doesn’t have potential, rather the odds are tough. And sometimes it’s about finding that person who gets it and shares your vision. Keep looking for them.
