🤍 I had the pleasure of trying out @theballardinn new pop up concept dinner restaurant and y’all they are doing the damn thing - for January the concept is Japanese fusion and everything was incredible - milk bread, radish and watercress, fresh pickled veg, gluten free chicken katsu, some of the best long beans I have ever had, house made desserts and much more all combined for the perfect meal.
