Three promotions, four and half years of graft plus the last year and some of trials and tribulations, fair to say he’s weathered a few storms along the way. Ben joined us a month before we officially opened the doors at Sclater St., initially to head up the bar before charming [ quite literally ] his way to the top, heading up the show as GM. A firm fan-favourite he really has become the face of the restaurant with his endless sarcasm, shite jokes and even worse trainers. Somehow they’ll be missed, maybe not the trainers tbf. Onto the next chapter and his own thing @kittdcocktails, he’s still the mastermind and creator of our entire bar offering. Please go support him as much as he’s supported us.
