Just taking a moment to reflect on our incredible first @deepexhale yoga/dance retreat experience ever at @esalen last week, with my creative partner in shine @cristi_christensen and our “go to” musician/magician and man of many talents brother @dvine1official . It was powerful and heartfelt, soul nurturing medicine for all of all of us to co-create together, via meditation, music, movement and Cristi’s heart opening Chaka Rituals exercises. We left each other feeling like family. It was actually hard to leave everyone. We may have gotten a little spoiled by their company, the healing oasis that is Esalen and the farm to table cuisine everyday. We hope to be back soon and bring a few more friends along. We have so much gratitude for the organic expansion of @deepexhale and profoundly appreciative of being able to dip our toes into the retreat arena at the place that was literally at the very top of our list.
