Hoping people can wrap their minds around this concept: that telling the truth to our audience is a good thing, and that we shouldn't withhold the truth in order to manipulate their behavior. We should provide them with all of the information that they need to make healthy lifestyle choices. And that doesn't happen by overhyping benefits or conveniently omitting potential risks or harms. It happens by being an "advisor" to our audiences and helping them to make informed choices and lift safely.
