🍎 This week, the team wrapped up their time at @bhs_charleston with three packed days of engaging discussions and hands-on activities. Students explored how research is conducted by developing their own hypotheses in the biomedical and social sciences and learning how experiments are designed to answer real research questions. They then conducted scientific experiments alongside professionals, learning more about studies happening at MUSC and completing a widely used task measuring impulsivity. The week concluded with a focus on careers in the biomedical and social sciences, where students learned about educational pathways and had the opportunity to ask our team questions about career options and experiences.
