Persimmon Pumpkin Focaccia 🎃💛✨ - the epitome of fall cozy. Fluffy, salty, focaccia is the perfect addition to your Fall table. Grab the recipe below from my Cookbook ‘Everyday Entertaining’.

Fall Toppings: persimmons, sage leaves, pepitas, flaky salt and olive oil

FOCACCIA RECIPE:
3 tbsp olive oil +more for drizzling
1 1/2 cups warm water (110-115 degrees F)
1 tbsp honey
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
3 1/2 cups flour
1 packet active dry yeast

Grease a 9x13 baking pan with olive oil.

In a stand mixer fitter with dough hook, combine warm water, olive oil, honey, salt, flour, and yeast. Mix for 60 seconds, dough will be very sticky.

Transfer dough to baking sheet, cover with a cloth and rise for 1 hour in a warm, dry place.

Preheat oven to 375 F. Poke holes in the top of the dough with your fingers and drizzle lightly with olive oil. Top with fall toppings and bake for 25-30 minutes.
