Sooooooooooooo much fun at DC Pride this year! Words can never express how great it feels. Every year I volunteer my time as a DJ, MC, promoter, and organizer, during the entire weekend to give back to the community and also because it’s always someone’s first pride and I want to make sure they have a good one. Its such a humbling and honorable experience to be part of something larger than yourself. DC Pride is so special and creates a weekend for people to be themselves and to see themselves without filters or restraints. Some people are not yet fortunate to do this year round. It’s so great to work with amazing people to put on spectacular events.
