The number one question we get is, “do you all have a brick and motor?” Of course, we would love to say yes. But unfortunately, we are still at the infant stage of growing our brand. This is why our menu is priced based on the minimum wage of the area we are vendors at. We can not beat the prices of mom and pop locations or store-bought dumplings. But we understand that you, like us, work very hard for your money. So we try our best to provide you with value, not only in our food but in how fast we can move the line without compromising quality. We understand that you don’t want to stand in line for hours, then pay an absurd amount for the food that isn’t filling or is just a gimmick. From pulling up to an empty spot, spending hours to set up our booth the day before, and making sure our banners can is seen from all over. To letting everyone get as much sauce as they want, we want you to feel like you’re buying food from great people.. on top of the fact that the food is excellent as well. This is why our number one feedback is “compared to most of the food here, you guys have the best tasting food, and for the money.. this is our second time in line since it was only a 10-15 minute wait”.
