Me before breakfast vs Me after breakfast 😍 I find my mental health is better on the days I make sure I nourish myself (first) body, mind, and spirit. A healthy breakfast and cup of ☕️, meditation, movement, and me time really help set me up for a positive day💚. My fav choice as of late is @mush overnight oats. These are ready to eat out of the fridge, so they’re especially great for those inevitable imperfect days when life/schedules are messy. They are so much healthier than regular oatmeal and seriously delish. They come in a variety of flavors all so good I personally think the dark chocolate 🍫 is the 💣 Dairy-free, gluten-free, and no added sugar - a great way to start the day!!
