What an incredible night! 3 years ago, I was in Gettysburg PA shooting the pilot for @werehere. Steve Warren and @johnnieinstagram told me we’d win an Emmy for these costumes. I never thought they were serious, but here we are!! I’m so proud to share this award with @caseyyalater @diegomontoyastudio @patryq65 and @marcosquared. I would like to thank them both so much for creating a show that hilights LGBTQIA+ people from all walks of life. Seeing our stories on television is so meaningful.
