OK! So Jerome has shaken the table again with another 0.75% rate hike. Even though we were expecting this (we talked about it on Trappin Tuesday), the marley is responding as if they didn’t know this was gonna happen. This is extremly aggressive, even more so, it won’t be felt until 1st Quarter next year! The goal is to get inflation back to 2.5% and interest rates to 4.25% (by years end). This has to happen because of all the money printed during the pandemic. My advice is to combat with this, invest.... Yes the market will be rocky, but you can earn instead of sitting it in the bank.
