FRIENDS!!!! Thank you for all the LOVE, shout outs, DMs, and support!! What a fun frenetic week. Definitely flying high. Learning a lot and taking time to feel all the different layers of this experience!! Incredibly grateful. I’m NED-B!!! 🤯 Isn’t it easy to feel grateful when things are “going our way” or we are riding high? In this season I’m really trying to cement the idea that even when things seem blah, “not to be going out way,” or even dire - that our God is just as faithful to us. Blessing naturally feels like “love” - but love is a big place. Sometimes (read: often) God’s love to us looks like - wait, not now, not yet, a rejection letter, working things out behind the scenes, putting things in place, a “no,” a lost opportunity, betrayal from a friend, a heavy loss, preparing something good for you, redeeming something for His glory, a job loss, being overlooked for a promotion, having to be faithful in the little things, having to babysitting gigs, not getting invited, it may be difficult (maybe even uncomfortable or even painful) but I believe in my core that God is working things out for His glory and our good. How often have I felt Him say to me... hold tight little one, wait, not now, rest, I got it. I don’t know what kind of season you are finding yourself in today - maybe your getting a lot of super fun attention online because you were fortunate enough to fit in a robot suit and had great availability - or maybe you are in a heavy time, feeling the weight of life’s unanswered questions. I, of course, don’t know the answers, but I do know that God is faithful and is working things out behind the scenes even when it doesn’t seem like it... can you feel that? Can you sense that.
