HYROX Houston was a blast! We had a big crew from @leander_athletic_club representing, and it was fun racing alongside George on Saturday and Sunday. It was also great catching up with my former collegiate baseball teammate, @juiceman.5000. Individual Men’s Open: 10th overall out of a 1,000 and 🥈 in the 40-44 age group. Not thrilled with the time but received some good feedback to apply to the next one. Men’s Relay: 🥈 54 flat. It was an amazing battle for the top spot on the podium. Thanks for the invite @georgeb.fitness, and I [email protected]_fitness for letting me sub in for him. @justinrubinn, @doctorfrankdaniel, and @georgeb.fitness crushed it! I definitely enjoyed the team relay more than the individual event. Next up, HYROX World Championships in June - Men’s Individual AG 40-44 (Pro weights).
